Lamb Of God have just released a brand new live video from Aftershock Festival of their performance of their newest single, “Sepsis.” Their first single in three years was released last month, with frontman Randy Blythe explaining that the song is about “a national sickness” before Lamb Of God launch into the trudging, downtuned melodies of “Sepsis.”
The video was filmed only a day after the release of the single, with Sam Shapiro and Kevin Garcia helping direct the chaotic nature of debuting a track in front of tens of thousands of people. You can check it out below.
The band released an official music video alongside the debut of “Sepsis,” the grainy lo-fi video is reminiscent of the “found footage” horror films that follow the protagonist through the twisted storyline awaiting them. And it hasn’t been the only thing the band has been up to – as earlier this week, Lamb Of God confirmed that their annual Headbangers Boat cruise would indeed be taking place in 2026 with In Flames, The Haunted, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and more to be joining them. That will take place after a European festival run during the summer.
Formed in 1994, Lamb Of God is vocalist Randy Blythe, guitarists Mark Morton and Willie Adler, bassist John Campbell, and drummer Art Cruz. Over the span of their thirty year career, the band have sold 3 million copies of their 9 studio records, and have hit over a billion plays on streaming services. Lamb Of God released their latest record back in 2022, titled Omens.
