Infinity Nikki has officially evolved into a bigger, more feature-rich game. After months of waiting, version 2.0 has arrived to bring massive overhauls – and plenty of new content – to the dress-up RPG.
The update, available now on all platforms, is dubbed Terra’s Call. It adds a new region, Itzaland, to the game’s world. It also reshapes the rest of Miraland.

Itzaland is only the tip of the iceberg. Elderwood Forest and Spira are the region’s two new areas, with more to be unlocked down the line. This patch also upgrades several core mechanics, including combat and exploration. There’s a suite of new traversal abilities, too, like grappling, low-gravity and even gigantification.
Archery is a new addition to combat, and you’ll spot new combat companions as part of the adaptive energy mechanics. Terra’s Call clearly has a focus on interactivity with the game’s world, to make it feel more alive and lived-in.
There’s a host of new interactions you can have with cute creatures like singing mushrooms, and wall-climbing snails. Version 2.0 also makes for a great starting point for new players as both main and side stories are now available for free.
It wouldn’t be a dress-up game without a host of new fashion sets, and outfits, of course – and there’s plenty here, both free and paid. The launch of the new update also kicks off several in-game events, including some that celebrate the game’s second anniversary, and Nikki’s birthday.
Infold also recently announced that Idina Menzel — the actor who originated the roles of Elphaba in Wicked and Elsa in Frozen — will be singing the brand-new theme song for Version 2.0. You can listen to that on the official Infinity Nikki YouTube channel, where you can also watch a behind-the-scenes interview with Ms Menzel.
