There’s something somewhat confusing about the fact that there’s a Rock In Rio festival in Lisbon, Portugal, but if it means seeing some artists alongside a beautiful stretch of water… the confusion can be overlooked.
Taking place in the large waterside park, Parque Tejo, in Lisbon on June 21st, 2026, Rock In Rio’s ‘rock’ day line-up boasts some pretty heavy hitters.
While Linkin Park had been announced some time ago – and have been announced as headliners for numerous other festivals already, names like Cypress Hill, The Pretty Reckless, and P.O.D. have been added to the Rock in Rio in Lisbon’s bill. Sepultura will also be in attendance, as a part of their farewell tour.
Officially, the line-up for 2026 is:
- Blasted Mechanism
- Cypress Hill
- Grandson
- Hoobastank
- Kaiser Chiefs
- P.O.D.
- The Pretty Reckless
- Sepultura
- Tara Perdida
The festival grounds will also have grown by nearly 27,000 square feet next summer, offering more space – which can be a luxury in a festival setting, let’s be real here – and more opportunities to catch newcomers, Portuguese legends, and international sensations alike.
