Guns N’ Roses is back as promised with two new singles “Nothin'” and “Atlas”. Much like a lot of the other Guns N’ Roses songs we’ve been getting lately, both “Nothin'” and “Atlas” were originally conceived during the Chinese Democracy recording sessions, and re-worked with Slash and Duff McKagan when they rejoined the band.
Which is all well and good, but at what point does Guns N’ Roses stop reaching roughly 20 years into the past and give fans a better snapshot of where they’re at creatively now? Again, these songs are fine, but fans have also been speculating (and leaking) them for a long time.
