Newly released Epstein estate photo shows Trump with 6 women

Claim:

A photo from the estate of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein authentically showed U.S. President Donald Trump with a group of six women.

Rating:

In December 2025, a claim (archived) circulated online that a photo from the estate of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein authentically showed U.S. President Donald Trump with a group of six women.

Epstein, a convicted sex offender, died by suicide in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, according to the FBI.

The photo was reportedly one of several released by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Democrats, also known as the Oversight Democrats, on Dec. 12, 2025.

The Democratic social media influencer Harry Sisson posted the photo on Threads alongside two others reportedly from the same release and wrote, “New photos from the Epstein estate show Donald Trump with groups of women and more. This is really, really bad.”

The photo also circulated on X (archived), Facebook (archived) and Reddit (archived).

The Oversight Democrats announced Dec. 12 that they had received 95,000 photos from the Epstein estate that showed multiple high-profile American figures, including Trump.

The image in question, which showed Trump standing with six women whose faces the committee had redacted, appeared among 19 images from the release of 95,000 photos that the Oversight Democrats shared on Dec. 12. Therefore, we rate this claim true.

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform subpoenaed the Epstein estate in August 2025 for a large number of files relating to Epstein. The committee has previously released emails it received as a result of that subpoena.

The Oversight Democrats said in a news release that the 95,000 images showed “wealthy and powerful men who spent time with Jeffrey Epstein” and “thousands of photographs of women and Epstein properties.” The committee said it was still reviewing the release.

It was unclear who the women in the photo were and who took the picture, as well as when or where. In the statement accompanying the release, the Oversight Democrats wrote, “Committee Democrats are committed to protecting the identities of the survivors.” Other people, both men and women, seen in the 19-picture release appeared with their faces identifiable.

Trump or his likeness appeared in four photos from the 19-photo release. One of these photos showed an illustration of Trump on a pack of what appeared to be condoms priced at $4.50. The text on the condom package read, “I’m HUUUUGE!”

At the time of this writing, lawmakers were expecting a large release of files relating to Epstein after the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which became law on Nov. 19, 2025, gave the Department of Justice a 30-day deadline to release its unclassified files. That deadline was Dec. 19, 2025.

In a Dec. 3 letter, five lawmakers from both parties and chambers asked Attorney General Pam Bondi for a status update on the release. The lawmakers requested a briefing with Bondi about “the full contents of this new information in your possession” by Dec. 5.

Sen. Ben Ray Luján, a Democrat from New Mexico, wrote (archived) on X on Dec. 9 that the group had not yet received this briefing or a response from the Department of Justice.

Snopes has previously investigated photos reportedly taken on Epstein’s Little St. James Island and a collection of rumors about a trove of emails and documents released by the deceased financier’s estate.
