Serving as the continuation of a sprawling, multidimensional storyline, Astral Voyager Vol. 2 picks up with interstellar bounty hunter Mica on the run from The Nine, traversing time and space as she hunts her marks. Musically, the album delivers an infectious blast of sci-fi metal and soaring desert anthems, balancing massive riffs with a cinematic sense of momentum and atmosphere.
Lyrically and thematically, Astral Voyager Vol. 2 explores the dangers of manipulation and the struggle for individuality against unseen powers that seek to keep humanity compliant and controlled. So basically reality, but in space.
