It’s a busy time to be the Gorillaz. Back in September, just a few days after Damon Albarn and company wrapped up their big House Of Kong residency in London, the band announced that their new album The Mountain would be arriving in March. But first, they’re bringing the world of Kong stateside.
Today Gorillaz announced a House Of Kong residency at Los Angeles’ Rolling Greens, which will take place over a four-week run from Feb. 26 to March 19, 2026. Like its London predecessor, House Of Kong LA will be an immersive museum-style exhibit celebrating 25 years of the storied cartoon band. Along with that, Gorillaz will play two one-off shows on Feb. 22 and 23 at the Hollywood Palladium.
Gorillaz did four shows for House Of Kong London, and each night, they played a different album of theirs in full: Gorillaz on night one Demon Days on night two, Plastic Beach (and some extras) on night three, and the then-unannounced The Mountain on night four. For these two LA shows, they’ll be playing The Mountain in full both nights. You can find tickets here, and see a trailer for the House Of Kong exhibition below.
