METALLICA Streams “The Day That Never Comes” & “One” From First-Ever Bahrain Show

Metallica played the Kingdom of Bahrain (it’s an island between Qatar and Saudi Arabia) for the first time ever on December 3 at the Beyon Al Dana Amphitheatre. Metallica is now streaming their performance of “The Day That Never Comes” from that very show, which you can find above (and the newly posted “One” below).

On the show itself, Vice President of Booking for Beyon Al Dana Amphitheatre Lance Tobin said in an interview with Billboard: “It’s a rare opportunity to witness a globally renowned act performing to fans for the first time.

“The intimate connection from band to fan is a piece of what makes Bahrain a very special and unique home for concerts. Even Metallica, one of the most legendary touring acts, still have fans they haven’t met yet, and our job was to make the introduction. We hope it will be the first of many more.”

Speaking of Metallica, they’ve got a chunk of live dates all ready to go for Europe next May through July. Get your tickets here. Metallica also recently landed among the top 10 on Pollstar‘s 25 Most Popular Touring Artists of the Millennium list, which you can check out here. Spoiler alert – Metallica makes a lot of money touring.
