If you were into nü-metal in its heyday, then you already know the Queen Of The Damned soundtrack was incredible. The movie came out in 2002 and featured musical contributions from Jonathan Davis of Korn, Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, Disturbed, Static-X, Deftones, and way more. The full tracklist is:
- Jonathan Davis & Richard Gibbs – “Not Meant For Me” (feat. Wayne Static)
- Jonathan Davis & Richard Gibbs – “Forsaken” (feat. David Draiman)
- Jonathan Davis & Richard Gibbs – “System” (feat. Chester Bennington)
- Deftones – “Change (In The House Of Flies)”
- Jonathan Davis & Richard Gibbs – “Redeemer” (feat. Marilyn Manson)
- Papa Roach – “Dead Cell”
- Godhead – “Penetrate”
- Jonathan Davis & Richard Gibbs – “Slept So Long” (feat. Jay Gordon)
- Disturbed – “Down With The Sickness”
- Static-X – “Cold”
- Earshot – “Headstrong”
- Dry Cell – “Body Crumbles”
- Tricky – “Excess” (feat. Alanis Morissette)
- Kidneythieves – “Beføre I’m Dead”
The soundtrack is coming back to vinyl (specifically a red variant) on January 2, 2026 via Rhino Records, should you need to ring in the New Year with nü-metal. And if you’re wondering why Davis composed a bunch of music for the soundtrack but didn’t actually sing on it, it’s because of limitations in his record label contract with Sony.
So his name could be on it, but he couldn’t sing. Pretty dumb!
