In December 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice released a document related to the case of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that alleged President Donald Trump said a young female had “pert nipples.”

After the U.S. Department of Justice published a batch of files related to the case of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, a rumor spread that one of the documents alleged President Donald Trump once said a young female in Epstein’s entourage had “pert nipples.”
For example, a post on Threads (archived) shared a supposed image of a document that said Trump “kept going on about how he liked her ‘pert nipples'”:

The claim was not new. In 2024, the The New York Post published a report also making this claim, saying it was part of court documents unsealed in early January of that year.
The claim is true. In December 2025, the DOJ published a series of files related to a 2015 legal case between Virginia Giuffre, a victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking, and Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. One of them, numbered 1332-16, contains this allegation. According to the first page of the PDF, which is marked “confidential,” the document is a deposition of Sarah Ransome, a woman who said she also was a victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking ring.Â

Donald Trump liked flicking and sucking her nipples until they were raw. One evening when we were showering together she showed me her nipples. They looked incredibly painful as they were red and swollen and I remember wincing when I looked at them. I also know she had sexual relations with Trump at Jeffery’s [sic] NY mansion on regular occasions as I once met Jen for coffee, just before she was going to meet Trump and Epstein together at his mansion.
